The University of Alabama gymnastics teams slipped to No. 2 behind Oklahoma in this week’s rankings after a loss to LSU last Friday night.

Alabama’s 196.405 is .02 behind Oklahoma. The Tide ranks first on the vault and balance beam, second in the floor and 10th on the uneven bars.

Arkansas moves up four spots to third after posting the highest team score in school history in a 197.025-196.425 win against Auburn.

Seven SEC schools are among the top 14 teams in the country with Florida ranked sixth, Georgia ninth, LSU 11th and Auburn 14th.

Morgan Dennis is fifth in the all-around and Ashley Priess is eighth. Dennis is third on the vault, seventh on the balance beam and ninth in the floor. Priess is first on the balance beam.

Kassi Price is ranked fifth on the uneven bars.

Alabama (5-1) hosts Florida on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
